vendor information

applying for our market

Our Markets are intentionally small and curated to give our shoppers a unique experience and to give vendors a chance to show their work without direct competition. We believe this creates a warm and inviting environment for both our shoppers and our vendors, which means we handpick the list of vendors each month and only have a small number of slots available at each market. When choosing vendors we look for established businesses with a clear and unique perspective, and also consider whether their brand aesthetic will resonate with our community.

When applying for a market, please pay the vendor fee and let us know what month you would like to be considered for, as well as some second and third preferences so we can do our best to place to find a slot for you. We will reach out within a few weeks of your application with your market dates or we will refund you your vendor fee. Once you have confirmed your dates, this fee is nonrefundable as we are not able to accommodate last minute changes with such a small monthly market.

Thanks so much for your interest in the Full Moon Market, we can’t wait to meet you!

booth info

Booth sizes vary slightly but are all about 6ft x 4ft. Vendors are required to bring their own equipment for set-up. We recommend bringing extra signage and/or a backdrop for your space, and extra lighting if possible. Vendors may leave their booth set-up on Saturday when the market ends at 4pm, as the cafe will close off access to the basement at that time. Load out is then directly after the market closes at 4pm on Sunday.

Each market takes place in the basement of Stumptown Coffee on Capitol Hill and is Saturday + Sunday 10-4pm. We do ask that vendors commit to the whole weekend when applying for the market, so as to streamline our marketing efforts and get the most eyes on your products. We have two load in time slots available, the friday evening before the Market 4:30-6:00pm, and Saturday morning 8:00-9:30am. During load in, vendors are able to pull their car into the alley directly behind the cafe, and load directly through the basement door. On market days, we do ask that vendors move their cars out of the alley once they have unloaded to leave the alleyway clear.
